Aaron Shutts
President
Aaron is one of the founding members of the firm. As President, he is responsible for our overall business strategies and operations. Aaron has over 25 years of experience in the construction management and project management fields. He also has extensive experience in store fixture set-up and merchandising. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen the construction of a wide variety of retail store projects and program roll-outs. Aaron has a knowledge and proven record in project management, equipment coordination, and construction process. Aaron has held the position of Director of Construction for a Fortune 100 national retail company.

Brogan Shutts
Director of Construction & Development
Brogan is a key leader within the firm, overseeing business operations while helping guide the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth. He plays an active role in developing marketing initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and shaping future business ventures that support the continued expansion of the company. Brogan brings a strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on industry experience, contributing to the firm’s continued development and operational success. His background includes extensive experience in construction and development across a wide range of project types, including hospitals and healthcare facilities, college campuses, residential home remodels, and commercial renovations such as banking and financial institutions. Through his experience in both construction and development environments, Brogan provides a well-rounded perspective that supports thoughtful planning, strong project execution, and the long-term growth of the firm.

Thomas Drapc
Retired (Former Executive Vice President)
Thomas is a founding member of the firm and oversaw business operations and the company’s overall marketing strategy during his time with the organization. His creative and strategic thinking were valuable contributions to the company’s growth and development. After nine years with the firm, Thomas retired in 2026 but remains in contact and continues to support the team with his experience and insight. Thomas has over 30 years of experience in the construction and architectural industries and has successfully worked on a wide variety of projects throughout the United States, including retail stores, grocery stores, restaurants, office buildings, retail centers, hotels, senior living communities, and warehouse facilities. He has a proven track record of leadership at both the project and corporate levels and has held the positions of Vice President of Design and Development for a Fortune 100 national retail company and Vice President of a general contracting company.
