Aaron Shutts
President
Aaron is one of the founding members of the firm. As President, he is responsible for our overall business strategies and operations. Aaron has over 20 years of experience in the construction management and project management fields. He also has extensive experience in store fixture set-up and merchandising. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen the construction of a wide variety of retail store projects and program roll-outs. Aaron has a knowledge and proven record in project management, equipment coordination, and construction process. Aaron has held the position of Director of Construction for a Fortune 100 national retail company.
Thomas Drapac
Executive Vice President
Thomas is one of the founding members of the firm. His primary role is to oversee the business operations and overall company marketing strategies. His creative and strategic thinking provide a strong combination in assisting in the growth of the company. Thomas has over 30 years of experience in the construction and architectural industries. Throughout his career, he has successfully worked on a wide variety of projects throughout the United States. These project types have included: Retail Stores, Grocery, Restaurants, Office Buildings, Retail Centers, Hotels, Senior Living and Warehousing. Thomas has a proven track record of leadership at both the project and corporate levels. Thomas has held the position of Vice President of Design and Development for a Fortune 100 national retail company and Vice President for a general contracting company.
